Alloy Ingots

Our state-of-the-art facility provides complete control over the alloying and component production lifecycle. We currently operate with a capacity of 5 Tons of alloys per day.

We utilize dual melting capabilities to provide flexibility and optimal control over the melting process for different alloy requirements:

  • Oil-Fired Furnace: Used for precise, controlled melting of specific alloy batches requiring focused heat management.

  • Coke-Fired Furnace: Provides robust capacity and operational flexibility for various secondary alloy production requirements.

Quality Assurance & Metallurgical Testing

Component Manufacturing Excellence: We operate three (3) x 120-Ton Pressure Die Casting Complete Units.

This allows for the mass production of complex, high-tolerance components, ensuring superior surface finish and mechanical properties for critical automotive and engineering parts.

We prioritize responsible manufacturing by deploying cutting-edge systems to minimize environmental impact and maintain compliance .

  • Complete Pollution Control Equipment: A comprehensive system that includes a high Chimney, Scrubbers, Vent Systems, Blowers, and Cooling Water Tanks for efficient and compliant emissions management.

  • Alumina Recovery Units: Actively promoting a circular economy by efficiently recovering alumina from process waste, reducing waste generation and raw material consumption.

The Metavision Advantage: Our quality integrity is guaranteed by our advanced Metavision Spectrometer.

Value-Added Post-Casting Processes

We ensure every component is delivered with dimensional precision and a high-quality finish:

  • Sand Blasting: Utilized for thorough component cleaning and surface preparation, enhancing appearance and ensuring structural suitability for subsequent operations.

  • Lathe and Polishing Tools: Dedicated machinery for final product finishing, ensuring dimensional accuracy and desired surface touch.

  • Aluminium Pulverizer Machines: Used in the preparation of ingots for alloying, streamlining the raw material process.
